Update: hair growth in just 4 months of drinking hair nails skin tea!

The picture below is from March 10, 2023.

Not only was I trying to grow out my badly cut bangs, but I was concerned about my balding spot from constantly applying heat and heavy products like edge control on my edges!

Below is just 4 months later on July 3, 2023.

I drank my hair nail skin tea almost every night and this is the result! I honestly thought it would've taken a year for my edges to grow in, but I was surprised in the best way. Keep reading below to get the full recipe and guide on how to make the same hair nail skin tea that helped me grow in my hair.

Benefits of hair nail skin tea

  • Improved Hair Health | Nourishes and strengthens hair.

  • Stronger Nails | Reduces brittleness and promotes growth.

  • Glowing Skin | Enhances skin texture and radiance.

Key ingredients

  • Barley: rich in thiamin and niacin for hair growth. It also contains Procyanidin B-3, which is a hair growth stimulant. Other benefits include:

    • improves digestion, blood flow and circulation

    • aids in sleep (contains melatonin and tryptophan and GABA, an amino acid that works as an inhibitory neurotransmitter to get more restful sleep. Common anti-anxiety and insomnia medications such as Xanax and Valium work to increase GABA)

    • prevents tooth decay

    • may increase fertility in men

  • Fenugreek: contains vitamins A, C, and K, folic acid, calcium, iron, potassium, and protein to improve scalp health and encourage hair growth. Potassium and iron also prevent premature grey hairs. Other health benefits include:

    • slows sugar absorption in the stomach and stimulate insulin, therefore helps lower blood sugar - good for those with diabetes

    • improve levels of testosterone and estrogen, helping to improve sexual reproduction

  • Horestail: has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties to improve skin quality. It fights free radicals and reduces oil in the skin to help prevent acne and early aging. Also contains silica to promote production of collagen, which strengthens your nails and reduces brittleness and shedding of hair. Other health benefits include:

    • lowers blood pressure

    • promotes elimination of bacteria in urinary tract

    • calcium, phosphorus, and magnesium help strengthen the bones
