Habits reveal your triggers and how you manage them or if you let them manage you. They’re formed in the reward center of your brain and are a survival tool to seek out comfort, which we do by consuming calories, and to avoid discomfort. By tracking we see the facts of your habits and its triggers, which we use to inform us on how to modify your behavior.
